Leaders and colleagues gathered together, moving forward hand in hand. Weisa has witnessed our growth, and we all work together towards a bright future. The gears of time have turned for thirteen years. Looking back at the footprints left along the way, our hearts are filled with gratitude. To thank the employees for their hard work and create a harmonious and pleasant collective atmosphere, the company organized all employees to visit the Suzhou Niu Zai Resort on the eve of 2025. Everyone immersed themselves in the embrace of nature, indulging in the beauty of the mountains and waters, and spent two pleasant days.

Summarize the past and set goals

Time flies, and a year's work has become history in the blink of an eye. 2024 has passed, and 2025 is approaching us. A new year means a new start, new opportunities and challenges. On the morning of January 10th, the year-end summary meeting kicked off. First, the general manager gave a brief summary of the performance in 2024, selected three outstanding employees of the year, highly praised them and awarded them bonuses. Then, the general manager gave a full affirmation and evaluation of the work in the past year and also formulated a clear plan for the company's future development. The general manager's speech filled all employees with confidence and enthusiasm, making us proud to be part of Weisa! Subsequently, the company's general manager delivered a New Year's speech, reviewing the achievements made by Weisa in the past and looking forward to a bright future, and extending sincere thanks and New Year's greetings to the employees and their families.

Encourage the advanced and honor the outstanding

Shanghai Weisa adheres to the corporate culture of "integrity, cooperation, being good at learning, being serious, being innovative, and pursuing excellence", attaches great importance to talent development, actively reserves talents, encourages outstanding employees, and creates a broad employment environment for employee development. At this year-end party, special recognition and awards were given to the outstanding employees of 2024. The general manager personally presented the bonuses, and the award-winning employees gave their acceptance speeches in turn.

2025 marks the 13th year since Weisa was established. Over the past 13 years, under the leadership of the general manager and other leaders, the company has undergone countless successful transformations. What has changed is time, but what remains unchanged is our original aspiration. These honors are also inseparable from the company's employees who have been by our side and worked hard all along. In the days to come, let's join hands to create an even more brilliant future.

After the year-end party on January 10th, everyone had lunch and then set off on the journey full of excitement. Along the way, everyone was filled with laughter and joy. On the afternoon of the day they arrived, the lake-viewing and sightseeing tour officially began. The car slowly drove on the mountain road, and the scenery outside the window was dynamic and ever-changing. Clear water trickled down from the crevices of the rocks, presenting a rare beauty. The first place they reached was Dongcun Ancient Village. Strolling among the ancient buildings, they explored the charm that made people reluctant to leave. Dongcun Ancient Village is one of the first batch of traditional villages in Jiangsu Province. It is said that Dongyuan Gong, one of the "Four Sages of Shangshan" in the late Qin and early Han dynasties, once lived in seclusion here, hence the name Dongyuan Village.

The ancient village of Dongcun still retains the complete traditional village style of the Jiangnan region. The residences built during the Ming and Qing dynasties bear witness to the history and legends of the ancient village. In Taihu Lake, there is a small island. A narrow road leads directly to the island from the shore, with the words "Lake Island Resort, Beautiful Hengshan" engraved on the roadside stones. This is the second scenic spot we have arrived at - Hengshan Island. The island features clean and elegant black-tiled white-walled houses, typical of the Jiangnan style. Everyone stands on the bridge, watching the red-billed gulls soaring in the air and capturing their postures with their mobile phones.

Every early winter, when the sun is bright, a large number of red-billed gulls come here to rest and spend the winter, forming a bird habitat. Tourists come here in droves to watch the birds and relax, enjoying the warmth of the winter sun. At the same time, many photographers come with their cameras to capture these cute little creatures. The red-billed gulls display various postures in the air, making it difficult for me to capture them. Some look like eagles, while others are fighting over the bread thrown by tourists in the air. 

The lake water at this moment has lost its glittering appearance and become serene and peaceful. We quietly savored the endless charm of these ancient houses and visited various scenic spots with great enthusiasm.

Bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, sharing a grand feast

After the tour, as dinner time approached, everyone gathered around the table. After a year of hard work, delicious food, fine wine and laughter surrounded us at this moment. We all raised our glasses to celebrate the achievements of 2024, which were made possible by the joint efforts and hard work of all the VISA people. In the new year, we will continue to strive and achieve even greater success.

On the morning of January 11th, the fresh air of the resort was refreshing.

After breakfast, we drove to our destination - Suzhou Niu Zai Resort. There were many free activities in the resort, such as horseback riding, archery, go-karting, speedboat rides, etc. Everyone had a great time.

After the tour, the post-2000s generation led the way for the barbecue trip. On the day of the event, after a shower of autumn rain, Fenghuangshan Nongqu Valley was particularly fresh, and the surrounding plants emitted a faint fragrance. This event was mainly about barbecue. Everyone happily gathered together and enjoyed the local delicacies. When the grill was lit, everyone got busy, and the barbecue site was bustling with activity. The rich aroma of meat soon filled the air, and the laughter of colleagues gradually merged with the food... The smell of grilled meat wafted far away with the autumn wind. The delicious food with its rich aroma ignited everyone's enthusiasm, and the selfless sharing unconsciously enhanced the relationship among colleagues and improved their unity and teamwork. 

This trip left an extremely deep impression on everyone. It allowed everyone to experience the warmth and emotion beyond work, to realize that they are a harmonious team, to feel that Weisa is a warm big family, and to understand the good intentions of the company in organizing this trip. On the afternoon of January 11, 2025, under the leadership of Mr. Zhang, the two-day tour of Suzhou Cowboy Resort came to a successful conclusion. Everyone returned to the company, inspired to continue working hard and to be in a better state for the work in 2025. Moreover, this activity enriched the employees' spare time, strengthened communication and collaboration among departments, made the Weisa big family more harmonious, and thus further enhanced the cohesion of the enterprise. The entire trip lasted for two days, and the group was always enveloped in a harmonious and warm atmosphere.

In the past year of 2024, we have shared laughter, endured hardships and reaped achievements. Facing 2025, we will move forward with dedication and set sail for our dreams. As members of Visa, let's strive hard and work together to build a great Visa with a bright future. We carry forward the past and embrace the new year, celebrating our harvest in step with the times. For 2025, we are filled with beautiful expectations and anticipation. Standing together at this brand-new starting point, we, the Visa people, will jointly draw a more magnificent blueprint for Visa.
